Reduction

Reduction can be achieved by the application of the plate as a template, this means the plate in combination with an NCB screw is used as a reduction tool.

The NCB System technology allows polyaxial screw placement in a 30° cone. Screw locking is achieved through the use of locking caps that are threaded into the holes in the plate. Before locking the screw acts as a lag screw and is used for fracture reduction.
