Case 2

This 73 years old female patient fell in bathroom 4 weeks after routine TKR. She sustained Lewis & Rorabeck Type 2 periprosthetic fracture of TKR.
 
The fracture was reduced and fixed with Zimmer cable ready cerclage cable and 9 holes distal femur NCB periprosthetic plate.
